My windows phone wont charge

My microphone (mic) is not working / being detected in Windows 10.

Feedback is caused basically when the microphone's sound from the speaker reenters the mic, causing a 'loop' of sound.Turn off your PS4 console and controller, and unplug the PS4's power cord from the outlet.
